The Pavilion Pier project has appointed a new design team for the Penarth Pavilion. Niall Phillips, an architect with Bristol-based firm Purcell Miller Triton, will front the team. Structural engineering firm Ove Arup, have also been signed up together with John Rhoden, a mechanical, electrical engineer and environmental services representative. Current plans for the renovation of the building include the development of cafe, observatory and multi-purpose community area, but new revisions will be announced soon.
