Aneurin & Meirion Jones | 17th July – 7th August | Private View: Saturday 21st July 7-9pm

We are very excited to announce Aneurin and Meirion Jones’ return to The Washington Gallery from 17th July – 7th August with an exhibition of new work.

The 50 or so works on show reflect two different upbringings and different areas of interest.

Meirion’s paintings are drawn from the West Wales coast, often combining figuration against coastal light, while Aneurin’s work is rooted in the agricultural community with a specific affinity with country people and the flamboyancy of The Welsh Cob.

The private view will be held on Saturday 21st July from 7-9pm and will be opened by BBC’s Lucy Owen.

[Please note that works will not be available for purchase until the private view night.]
