A Welsh artist who spends part of his time in France where he has been recently made a member of the Academie Francaise. His humorous scenes of well known landmarks in the Vale of Glamorgan (as here, Penarth Pier Building) has brought a number of commissions in the last two years. Mr Nonni works in acrylic paint.
