The Washington Gallery is managed by Penarth Arts & Crafts Ltd, a registered charity committed to improving the quality of life in the local and wider community.
Since 1998 PACL has been governed by a Board of Trustees – all volunteers – with representatives of both the Vale of Glamorgan and Penarth Town Councils.
We also manage the Penarth Pavilion Project.
