On Saturday 21 May, the Liberty Street Jazz Band took time out from their busy touring schedule to perform traditional jazz favourites, much to the crowd’s delight. Following on Saturday’s success, Sunday saw Ensemble 8, an exceptionally gifted string collective, at the Washington with a well-received baroque set.
